Growing our core services to benefit all aspects of the trade

We use the best skills and resources available to evolve the standards of our contract, technical, arbitration and education products and services so they remain useful, effective and applicable to the trade’s ongoing custom and practice.

To do this we have and will continually:

  • Expand educational learning opportunities and make it available online
  • Keep our arbitration procedures efficient, help members learn from previous cases and recruit new arbitrators
  • Improve connectivity and networking via an interactive online members’ directory and hosting or supporting international events
  • Evolve our residential education course content and material and improve the delegate experience
  • Make our Contracts more accessible and user-friendly
