The role and purpose of the Arbitration and Appeals Committee is to provide independent and neutral advice, guidance and support to the Secretariat regarding the policies and procedures of the Federation’s Arbitration Service.
This includes periodic revisions and clarification of the Federation’s Arbitration Rules, Guide and Code of Practice. The committee composition is equally balanced by shippers, receivers and middlemen.
