English law governing FOSFA terms continues to promote case law precedent, ie judgements made by the Courts shape the way in which the law (sale of good, carriage, insurance etc) develops and dictates the legal position in conflicts or disputes.

FOSFA continues to draw to members attention case law that has or will likely have an impact upon the application of the law to common practices.
