The database has over 250 cases and provides a wide range of issues such as demurrage, force majeure, default, prohibition, quality and condition, etc). New cases are added to the database quarterly.

An invaluable trading medium and reference tool for traders, at an annual cost of £30 per year (UK members £35.25, inclusive of VAT), aligned to membership subscription invoicing.
