Lists/Reference Documents FOSFA Lists The Carriage of Oils and Fats (Contract Referred Documents) includes a protocol for preventing contamination during the shipping of oils in bulk by sea. This protocol includes the FOSFA lists of banned and acceptable previous cargoes. The latest versions of these lists are avaiable via the links below: EU Regulation The EU has issued a Commission Directive (96/3/EC) concerning the transport of bulk liquid oils and fats by sea. This directive was amended and corrected in 2004. The consolidated text of this directive is available as CONSLEG: 1996L0003 - 11/02/2004. NIOP (National Institute of Oilseed Products) The NIOP Trading Rules include two lists of acceptable prior cargoes. These are available as Acceptable Prior Cargo Lists 1 and 2.
