Increasingly, oils and fats are being transported in tank containers.  FOSFA Contract 90A for Refined Edible Oils and Fats Delivered Terms by Tank Cars (Road and Rail) and ISO Tank Containers, issued jointly with NOFOTA, GROFOR and UCOGRAS, facilitates such trade.  Line 15 of the contract reads:

"When deliveries are to ISO tank containers, these containers shall comply with the FOSFA International Qualifications and Operational Procedures for ISO Tank Containers carrying Animal, Marine and Vegetable Oils and Fats".
