This consists of two combined documents which describes the tank, cargo and handling facilities required to ensure the safe handling of the subject cargo, as well as the physical operations and conditions relating to previous cargoes in tanks to be loaded with the subject cargo, heating, inspection procedures, certifications, etc, required to ensure the safe handling of the subject cargo.
